About Me

Carolyn Buccongello

Growing up, I couldn't find anyone doing 'work' that appealed to me. I found my way with the help of people that saw something in me. Once I had a taste of what was possible, I dared to dream a little bigger. After a lot of hard work and a bit of luck, I can honestly say I enJOYed my career and it brings me a sense of accomplishment even today. I started Lighthouse Career Solutions in 2021 to help others find that same kind of feeling in their best career.

  • You can expect me to draw on years of experience at organizations like Microsoft and Shopify. I've held leadership positions and led large teams. I know how companies hire, develop and promote people. I know how teams work and how people thrive. I've seen people very unhappy in their job and I've seen people come alive in it. I’ve worked with people on their first day and their last. I can help you.
